1. General
By using this website and placing an order with Shree Jagannath Chinese Corner, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Orders are accepted during business hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM, daily.
2. Ordering
- Orders placed through this website are transmitted to us via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we reply and confirm it on WhatsApp.
- Menu prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
- Dish availability is subject to kitchen stock on the day of ordering.
3. Delivery
- FREE home delivery on orders above ₹300 within our delivery area (Bhayander East and nearby localities).
- Orders below ₹300 carry a flat delivery charge of ₹50.
- Delivery is free up to 1 km from our shop; beyond that, an additional ₹50 per km is charged.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather and order volume.
4. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
- Payment is due at the time of delivery unless agreed otherwise on WhatsApp.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins — contact us immediately on WhatsApp or phone.
- Once food preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
- If there is an issue with your order (wrong or missing item), contact us within 30 minutes of delivery and we will make it right.
6. Food Information
All dishes are 100% vegetarian. Our food may contain common allergens such as gluten (noodles), soy, dairy (paneer) and mushrooms. Please mention allergies in the Special Instructions field or on WhatsApp.
